06.07.2012 Session of the working group

July 5, 2012 Naryan-Mar held a regular meeting of the working group to manage the execution of the pre-investment study for production liquefied natural gas on the territory of Nenets autonomous district as part of Kumzhinskoye and Korovinskoye gas-condensate fields.

Under the chairmanship of NAD Governor Igor Fyedorov Director of investment department of ALLTECH Group Vladimir Mikulik, Development Director of the “Pechora LNG” project Stanislav Abramov, Technical director of the “Pechora LNG” project Victor Okorokov, Deputy Head of Department for Methods and Technology of the offshore fields’ development of Department on gas, gas condensate and oil production “Gazprom” JSC Mikhail Basarygin, Head of Department of Methods and Technology of the Department on gas, gas condensate and oil production of JSC “Gazprom” Mikhail Greshnyakov, First deputy district Head of the NAD Alexander Shanygin, as well as Head of the NAD representation office affiliated to the RF government Sergey Kokarev participated in the session of the workshop. In addition, main specialist of key contractors department on liquefied natural gas “Gazprom-export” LLC Alexander Petrov was entered into the working group members.

On the session run the progress report of the pre-investment study was considered by working group members. The study is being developed by “Gyprospetsgas” JSC on request of “Pechora LNG”.

As an extra the work completion report for the furnishing of wellheads of appraisal and exploration wells with cement blocks and survey marks and additional wellhead sealing by “Nenets oil company”. Those wells were drilled in 1980s of the last century on Kumzhinskoye and Korovinskoye gas-condensate fields. Estimating the work results performed by “Nenets oil company”, Technical director of the “Pechora LNG” project Victor Okorokov noticed: “All work has been done in compliance with license commitments, standard specification requirements, with minimal environment impact, in a quality manner and at the time”.

Following the results the working group members made a flight around the sites of feasible LNG plant construction: Gornostalya Bay, capes of Svyatoy Nos and Bolshoy Rumyanichny.
